In order to become popular in internet, you must first must understand how Google works. Why Google and not other search engine you might ask? More than 80% internet searches are done by Google search engine. I think some of you who just start to get into online business might even don't realize that there are other search engine such as Bing, Yahoo or Yandex. So it is essential to be able to get high ranking in Google search result as it it part of the Organic Search Engine Optimization method.

GoogleBot
In order to index your webpages, Google will use a web crawler or a robot called GoogleBot. The bot will tireless and automatically crawl or visit your content and analyze it whether your website is eligible to be indexed or not. If your website is found to be not eligible, you won't get indexed and your website will not appear in Google Search result. You can check if your website has been indexed properly by Google via typing
site:yourwebsiteaddress in google search box. For example I want to check if my newly posted article in sofanmax.blogspot.com appeared in google search or not, then I'll type site:https://sofanmax.blogspot.com and I'll be able to see the following result:
As long as you allow your website to be crawled by GoogleBot then over time your webpages will appear in Google search result, it can take few hours or days depending on your setting or if GoogleBot is busy or not. If you are building your own website from scratch, you will have to invite GoogleBot to your website via robot.txt but if you're using the already existing blogging platforms such as Blogger or Wordpress, then by default GoogleBot will come and crawl your website. The process of indexing is automatically so you don't really have to do anything other than allowing GoogleBot.
However there is a way to speed up or make indexing process more efficient via Google webmaster or search console.

It is a powerful tool made by google in order to track your website performance related to Google search result.
